Learning & Development Coordinator Location : East Shropshire Salary : £30,000 – £35,000 Hours : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week A well-established food manufacturer in East Shropshire is seeking a passionate and organised Learning & Development Coordinator to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in training and development to take ownership of the full learning cycle — from identifying training needs through to delivering impactful learning solutions that support business strategy and compliance. The Role : You’ll be at the forefront of employee development, ensuring all training is delivered effectively and in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements (including BRC, Food Safety, and H&S). This is a hands-on role where you'll design and coordinate learning programmes, oversee induction processes, support production-based training needs, and develop training content aligned with operational excellence.
