We’re on the hunt for a talented Account Executive Coordinator to assist our Account Executives.

Responsibilities;
Manage the training schedule for new AE’s & DE’s.
Ensure that all quotes / sales have followed the correct process and invoiced correctly.
Inform the relevant departments of inceptions / lapses.
Manage the performance, workload and staffing levels within the BAU team, including development of appropriate measures to increase appointment numbers.
Liaise with insurers, clients and other departments to obtain information needed for quotations.
Work closely with the Area Sales Manager monitoring new business performance and renewal retention.
Act as a liaison between the Executives and the office.
Manage diaries and organise internal and external meetings.
Booking and arranging travel and accommodation.
Act as a point of referral for colleagues.
A knowledge of Excel would be advantageous, but not essential.

What experience are we looking for?

It’s essential that you have some experience gained from within the Insurance Industry from a similar role and it would be a bonus if you have any relevant qualifications, though we offer tons of opportunity to gain these once you join us.
