Job summary

Lead Engineer - Mobile East

Main responsibilities include :

Reporting to the Contracts Supervisor / Contracts Manager
Delivering Reactive and Planned Maintenance to prestigious sites across East / Cambridge
Managing engineers within your team, specialist contractors, and communication with building management teams and consultants

Location

East Region

Mixed development of buildings / clients, including commercial office space and retail units

Hours of work

To be specified

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and manage PPM to SFG20 in line with contract SLAs

Complete reactive / quoted tasks within SLA

Update the CAFM system

Inform building managers of works or issues

Manage specialist contractors across sites

Complete on-site audits

Maintain a positive, professional team presence

Conduct site meetings

Host daily conference calls to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met

Necessary Skills & Qualifications

Professional, courteous, and supportive attitude

Excellent maintenance knowledge

Strong communication skills

Customer-focused approach

Proficient in Microsoft Office

ACOP L8 Competent

Qualified to a high standard in electrical, mechanical, gas, or refrigeration maintenance
