Lead Systems Engineer

Joining this healthcare start-up, you would lead their systems engineering effort, driving the development of custom automated manufacturing systems for advanced therapeutics based on configurable high-tech subsystems. Your expertise will help ensure scalability, fitness for purpose, and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Essential attributes :

• A strong academic background with a 1st or 2.1 in a relevant engineering discipline from a highly ranked university
• Prior success in delivering complex cross-disciplinary automation projects within a pharmaceutics or high tech manufacturing context
• Excellent understanding of Systems Engineering from requirements capture to customer acceptance
• Broad engineering knowledge
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire co-workers; ability to generate technical documentation (for instance for regulatory compliance)
• Full, existing, and unrestricted UK work permission
