As a Relationship Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Dental Groups and wider Relationship Managers to develop and build the Patient Plan Direct brand and market presence across multi-site ownership.
You will be responsible for many of the end-to-end processes for onboarding a new client, including training, whilst also proactively engaging and supporting a portfolio of existing practices that already work with Patient Plan Direct.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Ensuring a full history of each client relationship is well understood and recorded in our CRM.
- Maintaining regular and structured contact with practices at agreed frequencies via Business Review Meetings, recording and monitoring all relevant information, trends and metrics pertinent to the success of dental plan activity accordingly.
- Setting and tracking growth targets with clients. This will be especially important for dental practices that are launching dental plans for the first time or express a wish to increase their dental plan patient base.
- Conducting client team training :
- practices looking to launch a dental plan for the first time
- practices looking to undertake ‘simple switch’ and transfer patients from their current dental plan provider
- NHS to private partial or full conversion support
- reenergize / refresher training for existing clients or new team members in a dental practice.
- Attend industry conferences / events and network to promote the company and create new business opportunities
- Support the Head of Dental Groups with all other workload related to the success of our existing and new dental group relationships.
Location
Based around or anywhere south of Birmingham to access practices in the South East and South West, predominantlyField-based, working from home with regular time out on the road with practices and visits to head office (WA7 1LZ) for team meetings at least once per quarter.Your experience and skills
