Client Relationship Manager

Here at Lucion, we are currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Managerto join our team. This is a hybrid role where we can be flexible on location across the UK. We are looking to offer the successful candidate a basic salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

More About the Role :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Define, track, and report on client-specific KPIs to evaluate performance and ensure alignment with client goals and expectations.
• Oversee the negotiation, execution, and renewal of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Review and interpret contract terms, ensuring that both the client and the organisation meet their obligations.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to clients, detailing performance against KPIs, revenue generation, and any financial discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals for additional services based on client needs and preferences.

More About You :

Experienced industry professional holding P402 and P405 as a minimum plus 5 years post qualification experience.

S301 and W504 would be desirable

CoCA would be preferable.
