Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded Client Relationship Manager with a passion for client care and networking skills. You will develop strong relationships within key accounts, enhance existing services, and grow contracts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships across designated accounts.
• Collaborate with clients on all business activities to understand the overall contract.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the client’s business sector.
• Host regular service reviews to promote continuous improvement and gather feedback.
• Ensure delivery of excellent service, hosting reviews and understanding all services and products.
• Act as the liaison for escalations.
• Understand client needs, identify, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Present capabilities and range of services, including product demonstrations.
• Draft solution specifications, quotations, and support pre-sales activities.
• Draft and maintain client contract documents such as Service Manuals and SLAs.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in a large corporate environment with high financial competence and the ability to develop innovative bid solutions. A strategic mindset and understanding of the 'big picture' are crucial.
