What You’ll Do

• Lead bespoke one-to-one and small group interventions tailored to individual needs, guided by the SEND Information Report.
• Support children with a range of SEN, including Autism, helping them thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
• Assist teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborate closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists.
• Help coordinate activities such as residential visits, theatre trips, and music lessons that broaden pupils’ horizons and experiences.
• Build positive relationships with families, external agencies, and school leaders committed to your ongoing professional growth.
