Job descriptionDelivering 4 x 5 projects in planned maintenance and decent homes schemes across East Midlands cities. Managing multiple projects ranging from £1 million to £5 million. Leading a team of Site Managers. Liaising with Contracts Managers and working with Quantity Surveyors / Estimators. Participating in recruitment and contributing to the development of a new department within an established division. Traveling to sites as needed, with a focus on delivering approximately £30 million annually with a growing team. Reviewing design and detailed specifications. Implementing and monitoring health & safety systems. Managing client relationships and project resources. Ensuring high-quality finishes and overseeing material procurement and scheduling. Managing subcontractors and internal / external information distribution.

Essential Requirements :
- Experience in planned maintenance or decent homes schemes, including kitchen and bathroom refurbs, EWI schemes, and social housing projects.
