Site Manager – Evening Shift (Asbestos Removal Oversight) Location : Nottingham Shift Pattern : Monday to Saturday, 15 : 00 – 00 : 00 Duration : 4 weeks (potential for extension) An experienced Site Manager is required for an upcoming short-term project at a live school site in Nottingham, overseeing asbestos removal works during out-of-hours operations. This is a key role focused on supervision, safety compliance, and maintaining accurate site records. Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise evening asbestos removal works carried out by subcontractors
• Ensure site safety, security, and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Maintain a clear and up-to-date site diary
• Act as the main point of contact during evening shifts
• Coordinate with the day team for smooth project continuity Requirements :
• Proven experience in site management
• Ability to manage work independently during night shifts
• Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience working in live school environments is highly beneficial
• Strong communication, reporting, and organisational skills Desirable :
• Experience overseeing asbestos removal projects
• Familiarity with school safeguarding protocols
