The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. You must be able to follow detailed work instructions with unwavering attention to detail and a relentless focus on quality, but also to think critically and problem-solve when documentation is incomplete or evolving

What You’ll Do

• Perform inspection of PCBA and mechanical parts.
• Carry out sub-assembly electro-mechanical build and test.
• Support full satellite assembly and integrated system testing.
• Accurately complete all quality documentation.
• Provide clear and actionable design feedback based on testing results.
• Support production with testing solutions and troubleshooting.
• Produce thorough investigation reports for failures and anomalies.

Spire operates a hybrid work model, and this position will require you to work a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Access to US export-controlled software and / or technology may be required for this role. If needed, Spire will arrange the necessary licenses—this is not something candidates need to have before applying.
