Our customers demand a high-performance supplier and to continue to meet this demand ADI are now looking for an Account Manager to join our successful sales team based on a hybrid work pattern with 2 days from home and 3 days from our Head Office in Chadderton, Oldham.
You will focus on building and maintaining a strong relationship with our partners and be the main point of contact to notify them with changes and updates to our products. Reaching out to a dealer whose sales have slipped to excite them and re-invigorate them about our brand and product line will also be required. This role is critical in keeping in touch with our partners and making sure they have what they need to be successful.
Job Duties
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales KPI’s
- Close cooperation with Area Sales Manager, supporting their daily activities
- Identify and develop new prospects, generate product interest and expand category penetration of existing customer base
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and business leaders
- Strong sales characteristics and skills, including : qualifying skills, overcoming objections and obstacles to a sale, and asking for the business
- Sell an evolving and expanding portfolio of products
- Effective internal communication regarding customers, products and services to maximise sales growth opportunity
- Ensure continued customer satisfaction, build and maintain customer relationships and follow up with company resources to make sure after sales support is received
You Must Have
2+ years’ experience in telephone based salesStrong verbal and written communications skillsAbility to effectively communicate with various levels of the organisationProblem-solver with strong client / executive relationship management abilitiesAbility to think strategically and make decisions based on thorough research and analysisFluent speaking, reading and writing EnglishWe Value
