Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Experienced People Manager

Type of Role : 6-month FTC

Location : Street, Somerset, BA16 0EQ, UK

Purpose :

Responsible for the trading of multiple Marketplace stores to deliver commercial growth within the eCommerce channels of Clarks UK, ROI & EU.

Dimensions :

Financial : Supporting the delivery of forecasted revenue targets.

People :

Reporting to the Ecommerce Trading Manager. Acts as a direct point of contact for multiple teams across the business.

Impact on the Business :

This role is essential to Clarks' Marketplace strategy, with a significant impact on achieving commercial targets.

Accountabilities :

• Manage and deliver the trading plan for UK, ROI & EU Marketplaces, aligning with the wider ecommerce and global brand teams.
• Optimize all ecommerce Marketplace activities, including regular housekeeping, storefront optimization, and revenue opportunities.
• Provide performance reports and insights, and implement updates based on plans and collaboration with developers.
• Ensure promotional and marketing plans are aligned with Clarks' owned websites and update followers through newsletters.
• Collaborate with Product Data and Visual Merchandising teams to maintain optimal product listings.
• Support onboarding of new Marketplace opportunities in collaboration with the Digital Operations team.

Key Performance Indicators : Gross Order Value, Net Turnover & Conversion

Knowledge and Experience :

Proven experience as an Marketplace trading manager or similar, with strong analytical skills and knowledge of ecommerce best practices. Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
