Retail Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced retail manager to join a leading premium homewares retailer based in Clarks Outlet, Street. This is a dynamic, growing business known for its quality products and exceptional customer experience — and now is the perfect time to be part of its continued success.

As retail manager, you will have full accountability for the store’s sales, KPIs, and budget performance. You’ll take the lead in shaping your team’s development, driving a service-led culture, and making strategic commercial decisions to firmly establish the store within the local market.

You’ll lead from the shop floor, championing high standards of visual merchandising, customer service, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will come from a customer-focused retail background, be confident working with KPIs, and have a proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
