Senior Style Advisor (Supervisor)

Store Support Role

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store, including opening & closing, stock control, and maintaining a beautiful environment for your team and customers at all times.

Demonstrate an outstanding understanding of Mint Velvet's market position and competitors, using this knowledge to generate and act on ideas, opportunities, or concerns that may impact your store.

Ensure exceptional standards of customer service, including in our Personal Styling offering.

Achieve exceptional visual presentation that reflects the Mint Velvet visual guidelines, creating a sanctuary of style and service that enhances the customer journey and overall in-store experience.

Be proactive in driving your personal development and continually improving your performance.

Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures to run a sound and robust operation.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a key holder in a fashion retail store is preferred. You should have a genuine love of fashion, offer excellent customer service, and work well as part of a team.

You need to be an inspirational, helpful, and informed role model who knows, wears, and lives the Mint Velvet style.
