Our services include Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Fire Stopping and Fire Compartmentation Works, executed as part of a rolling programme of annual inspection and / or rectification works required across multi-occupancy housing, buildings of public amenity, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodation blocks and security sensitive office buildings and workplaces.

NEO Property Solutions are a specialist passive fire protection business part of PTSG. Our main area of expertise is Fire Compartmentation and Fire Doors within occupied premises (Schools, Colleges, Universities, Hospitals, Care homes & Housing Association / Counsel properties).
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to join our compartmentation team, these roles don't come around often the last time been over 2 year ago.
The ideal candidate will be South Yorkshire based with a willingness to travel (up to 2 hours), will have previous surveying experience, hold a min NVQ 2 (fire stopping) and have a good level of attention to detail.
With a good understanding of Fire safety and the importance of building compliance and the work that we do. You must be a team player able to support the other members of the team. Experienced in managing multiple tasks at any given time, organisational skills and an ability to prioritise are key. We are looking for someone who is customer focused and understands the importance of keeping people safe in their homes.
You must have a strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and guidance within the social housing sector. Knowledge of Approved Document B and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 is essential.

What are we looking for?
You must hold a relevant professional qualification e.g. Certificate in Applied Fire Risk Assessment or can demonstrate significant experience in Fire Safety Management, and you must be able to evidence any professional and specialist technical skills relating to Fire Safety Management with a detailed knowledge of current regulations and best practice.
