Location : Yorkshire 💼 Salary : £45,000-£55,000 plus package (Negotiable) 📅 Job Type : Permanent About The Company : I'm working with a well-established civil engineering contractor based in Yorkshire, who deliver projects across the commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a range of projects across Yorkshire and the wider areas, valued up to £10m. The Role : As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and financial reporting on a variety of construction and civil engineering projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities :

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and valuations
• Managing subcontractor procurement and payments
• Conducting risk assessments and value engineering
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring profitability
• Negotiating contracts and managing variations
• Preparing and submitting final accounts
