Job Title : Quantity Surveyor / Junior Commercial Manager

Location : Castleford, West Yorkshire

Job Type : Full-Time | Flexible Working | 1 Day Remote

Are you a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? Were looking for a motivated QS or Junior Commercial Manager with around 5 years of experience to join a fast-paced, design-led business delivering bespoke signage and fit-out solutions across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in niche manufacturing, shopfitting, or within a specialist / main contractor setting. Youll work closely with project managers and production teams to manage and optimise project finances from inception through to final account, playing a vital part in the businesss continued commercial success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and submit valuations and applications for payment
• Monitor and manage project costs across multiple contracts
• Support and lead estimating and tendering activities
• Liaise with internal teams to report and forecast financial performance
• Prepare cost / value reconciliations and commercial reports
• Negotiate variations and ensure timely agreement of accounts
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and tools
