We're growing fast — and to power that growth, we’re looking for a smart, driven Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale the systems, processes, and insights that drive our go-to-market success.
The Role
As Encord’s first Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll own and build the operational backbone of our go-to-market (GTM) organization. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure data, tools, and strategy are tightly aligned to fuel our ambitious growth goals.You ’ll help us understand what’s working (and what isn’t), and design scalable processes that enable better forecasting, faster decision-making, and more efficient execution. Whether you’re building dashboards, improving funnel conversion, or working with leadership to refine territory models — your work will be critical in helping Encord scale effectively.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a pivotal moment in our journey.
