Job Description

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote conferences and drive delegate registrations.
• Team Management : Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Campaign Oversight : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO, and PPC.
• Data Analysis : Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
• Budget Management : Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including sales and event planning, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
