We're Hiring : Head of Procurement | Marine & Offshore Focus

Are you a senior procurement leader with deep experience in the marine, offshore, or vessel fleet sector —from shipbuilding and design to repairs, conversions, or mobilisations ?

We’re looking for a strategic Head of Procurement to lead a global transformation — centralising procurement, reclaiming contract ownership, and embedding robust governance and commercial excellence across our Group.

Location : Greater London - Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Scope : Global

Reporting to : CFO

Package : Executive package with bonus + benefits

What you’ll do :

• Lead and evolve a high-performing global procurement function
• Centralise contracts and supply chain strategy across a multi-site organisation
• Drive transformation while supporting operational continuity across marine and offshore projects
• Own strategic sourcing, global supplier management, risk mitigation, and cost optimisation
