What does a Social Marketing and Content Executive do at One Retail Group?

There is rarely a typical day. Given our rapid expansion, there are constantly new challenges to overcome.

You will be working closely with a diverse, enthusiastic and talented group of people as part of our growing Marketing Team. This role focuses on managing social channels that directly drive revenue and growth. It’s a dynamic, hands-on position that blends creativity with performance-led thinking.

Responsibilities

• Highly motivated, self-starter with a good interest in social media.
• A strong commercial mind that sees how social marketing can be used to increase ecommerce trade.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok (including TikTok Shop).
• Experience working with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Highly organised with good time management skills as the role requires managing a large variety of tasks.
• Some experience in managing / mentoring people, or the attributes and desire to become a good manager.
• Experience in creating video content is a plus, but not essential.
• The desire to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
