Digital Radish is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Executive to help shape the agency’s exciting next stage of growth. We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in social content who can help us to tell our story in an informative, entertaining and engaging way. You’ll be working closely with our Managing Director to define and execute our marketing plan, working on exciting campaigns and projects that will drive brand awareness and support client retention and acquisition – ultimately ensuring we will continue to be the best agency in b2b.

Responsibilities
Creating lo-fi content and reels for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok & X, as well as orchestrating higher production social content.Leading on the launch of our Digital Radish’s new brand proposition and managing the development and launch of our new websiteStaying close to the latest developments in social media and supporting the use of social media across our client baseWorking closely with our content and creative teams to create thought-leading and innovative content for the market from Digital RadishRunning our LinkedIn Live streams – developing topic ideas, production management, driving attendeesWorking on new business, tracking engagements, and running pitch processesManaging the social presence and profiles of Digital Radish and our Co-Founders and MDs, as well as clients where appropriateEnsuring our award-winning work with clients is promoted to the outside world – developing case study stories, working with the creative team to develop assetsCoordinating our event calendar, managing our sponsorship, speaking slots and continuously lookout for new events and spaces we should have a presence atLead on directing, writing and managing our award entries, ensuring they’re winner-worthy and will be added to our trophy shelf 😉The ideal candidate will have :
