Senior Family Solicitor

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in an environment with all the recognition you'd expect from a fast-growing regional law firm known for its superb reputation. We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join a dynamic team where you will manage a busy caseload, with much of the work coming from our client's ongoing success and trusted referrals.

Responsibilities

Taking on a high-volume caseload, including HNW matters, this role demands strong leadership skills. You will also play an active role in the firm's marketing efforts by engaging in networking, attending events and creating materials. Additionally, you will manage a diverse range of cases, with a particular focus on supporting your clients in the following areas :

• Divorce and separation
• Financial disputes and settlements
• Child arrangements
• Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse cases
