We are looking for a Office Administrator to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Your responsibilities will include :
- Greeting visitors, handling inquiries, answering phone calls, and managing mail and packages (incoming / outgoing).
- Maintaining stock levels for office supplies, refreshments, and coordinating office repairs or setups.
- Setting up meeting rooms, coordinating catering, and booking travel arrangements for colleagues.
- Assisting in organizing and tracking equipment for client deployments and setups.
- Conducting monthly checks on company vehicles and managing repairs / documentation.
- Overseeing the build room, ensuring accurate records of equipment are maintained.
