Location : Grantham and surrounding areas

Contract Type : Day-to-day, Part-time, Long-term

Pay : £82.08 - £96.96 per day (Depending on role and Experience)

About the Role :

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools across Grantham. Opportunities are available for flexible daily supply, part-time work, and long-term placements.

Responsibilities :

Provide support to teachers and pupils in the classroom

Assist with learning activities and behaviour management

Help create a positive and engaging learning environment

Support pupils with additional needs where required

Requirements :

Previous experience as a TA or a relevant qualification

A passion for supporting children's education and development

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility and adaptability across different settings

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
