As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for a specific part of the home and delivering the highest standard of care. You may also run the entire home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent. Your duties include addressing residents' needs with dignity and ensuring their well-being, whether reporting mobility issues, requesting samples for monitoring, or administering medication.

About You
You will have proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults. Your positive energy, ability to connect with people, and sense of accountability are essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All staff must attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
