Customer Support Centre Operative

Location : Motherwell, ML1 1RU

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Salary : up to £25,484 pa

We’re currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Centre Operative . You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients.

As part of this role, you will work within a support team environment and conduct various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. You will answer telephone calls from internal / external customers, contractors, suppliers, and other Apleona sections, as well as record work requests and updates on the company / client CAFM systems. Additionally, you will raise purchase orders to contractors and perform various administrative tasks as required.
