Job descriptionDeliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat Manage a variety of customer queries and complaints efficiently Provide clear, accurate information on products and services Meet individual and team performance targets Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous customer service experience (retail, call centre, or similar fast-paced environment) Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and work well under pressure Positive, proactive approach to problem-solving Full flexibility to work across required shift patterns, including weekends Previous contact centre or high-volume call handling experience Background in high-volume customer service environments Full training will be provided, with ongoing support available throughout your assignment If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today. CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – TEMPORARY OPPORTUNITIES (THREE VACANCIES)
LOCATION : Motherwell
PAY RATE : £12.75 per hour
SHIFTS : Rota basis across Monday to Saturday (8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM) and Sundays (8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM)
Interviews taking place this week, with a view to start week commencing 30th July.
People Solutions are proud to be supporting one of our long-standing clients in Motherwell, who are looking to recruit three additional Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a 12-week temporary assignment .
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a focus on delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
