Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of demolition contracts

Oversee site managers and project teams to ensure safe and effective delivery

Develop project programmes, monitor progress, and report to senior management

Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements

Strong experience managing demolition projects
