Mechanical Contracts Manager

ROLE : Mechanical Contracts Manager LOCATION : Mid Kent SALARY : Circa £70k - £80k THE COMPANY This company based in the Mid Kent area who have experienced significant growth in recent years are recruiting for a Contracts Manager with a bias towards the Mechanical side. This role is mainly office based with some site visits across the South East and London. They will consider candidates who are currently working as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or people looking to switch from M&E Project management into contract management. THE JOB The Mechanical Contracts Manager job offers the chance to take full ownership of projects from design through to handover. You’ll manage multiple live projects, typically ranging from £200k to £3 million+, while taking a hands-on approach to leading your own mechanical delivery team within an established M&E division. Split between their Kent office and regular site visits, you’ll play a critical part in both client-facing and internal leadership, ensuring high performance across programme, quality, and commercial objectives.
