Ductwork Contracts Manager

Are you an experienced Ductwork Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge? Join a well-established Mechanical contractor based in Kentl, specialising in commercial and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage multiple mechanical projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Manage and coordinate mechanical, plumbing, ductwork, and HVAC installations.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships.
• Lead and support project teams, ensuring health & safety compliance.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Assist with tenders, procurement, and material sourcing. About You :
• Proven experience as a Ductwork Contracts Manager within the building services industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including plumbing, ductwork, and HVAC.
• Experience working within commercial and industrial sectors.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Full UK driving license
