Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including those requiring additional academic or emotional support, will be a key part of your role. Strong communication skills and a flexible approach will be essential.

You will work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to ensure pupils receive consistent support and feel confident in their learning. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and keen to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

You will :

Support pupils’ learning across the curriculum

Assist with classroom organisation and preparation

Support pupils’ social and emotional development
