Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (EBD) Location : Sheffield | Salary : £62,500 - £72,500 per annum Contract : Full-time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and experienced Registered Manager to lead a small, Ofsted-regulated children's home in Sheffield , specialising in care and support for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) .

This is a rewarding leadership role within a child-focused organisation that is dedicated to achieving outstanding outcomes for young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the daily operations of the children's home in line with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations

Ensure the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic care to children with EBD and challenging behaviours

Manage, mentor and develop a team of residential care professionals

Drive a strong safeguarding culture and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements

Build and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies, families, and professionals

Lead Ofsted inspections and work towards achieving a minimum of 'Good' to 'Outstanding' ratings
