About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a forward-thinking and growing provider, supporting you to be the best Nurse you can be! Join us as our new Registered Home Manager at Willowbeck care home in Sheffield.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure the home runs effectively and efficiently, managing a team of nursing and care colleagues to drive quality and maintain high standards of care.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of care and nursing staff to meet medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs
  • Providing strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement
  • Overseeing clinical elements and managing risks
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, regulatory requirements, and CQC standards
  • Supervising the Nursing Team to ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed timely, reflecting appropriate interventions

Candidate Requirements

We seek someone who embodies our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork. You must have a first-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN, a minimum of three years post-registration experience, and management or supervisory experience or training.

You should also have :

  • Great communication skills
  • This role is ideal for a senior Registered Nurse looking to develop clinical skills and move into management.
