Lead QA Engineer

We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer with an interest in cybersecurity and a passion for developing robust, automated testing strategies. As Lead QA, you will drive the evolution of our testing practices, focusing on automation, end-to-end system validation, and load testing. You will collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Architecture teams to ensure quality and reliability across our products, primarily focused on the Clarity platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that brings innovative cybersecurity solutions to market and continuously improves operational efficiencies within our Security Operations Center (SOC).

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance Leadership

• Lead and define the QA strategy, incorporating industry best practices including secure testing methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and evolve test plans to align with product requirements, focusing on automated testing for scalability and efficiency.
• Establish end-to-end system testing, load testing, and ensure quality across all stages of product development and deployment.
