SENIOR FACADES ESTIMATOR

As a Senior Facades Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fa ade projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and client expectations. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive pricing strategies and tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities of the role include

• Lead the preparation of estimates and tenders for fa ade projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents to prepare detailed costings.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions in fa ade design and installation.
• Engage with supply chain partners to obtain competitive quotes and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Work closely with the commercial and pre-construction teams to develop bid strategies.
• Attend client meetings, design reviews, and tender interviews to support business development.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, material costs, and subcontractor rates.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in cost planning.
• Support junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement in estimating processes.
