We are looking for a Senior Estimator (or a bloody good Estimator looking to step up into a Senior position) to join a main contractor in Essex / London.

This contractor is all about creating spaces where people can thrive, be it residents, tenants or public sector workers. And it’s not all hard hats and high-vis here; this is a company that takes great pride in its people, values and innovation. They thrive on collaboration.

The Senior Estimator will find themselves working on a range of public sector projects – think leisure, think healthcare, think government buildings.

As always, a list of duties is futile here. If you are a Senior Estimator with experience of working in this field and you’ve read this far, you will know what is expected of you.

What is important to emphasise is the fact that personal qualities (those that can’t be taught) such as hard working attitude, strong ethics, personality and a desire to constantly learn and grow, are of equal importance.

We have a salary banding of around £70,000 - £90,000 to play with here plus car / car allowance, bonus scheme, cycle to work scheme, good pension and various other bits to make you feel right at home.
