As a Volkswagen Group Dedicated Mechanic for the AA you are the key to keeping all brands including VW Passenger, Commercial, Seat, Skoda, Audi, and more on the road. You have the variety of work by working on a range of vehicles daily, whilst delivering five star customer satisfaction ratings. Salary : £42,000 OTE

Base Salary : £38,140 including a location allowance

• Eligibility for Location allowance is based on your home postcode

On average our VW Technicians earn c. £42,000 however, our top performers can earn upwards of OTE £48,000.

You’ll be :

What will I be doing?

You’ll be the superhero fixing a brand vehicle breakdown by the side of the road or undertaking warranty repairs working on an appointment basis. You take the time delighting your customer, helping them get back to their journey. In return, we’ll go the extra mile for you, with a two-week AA induction, a two-week VW induction, plus ongoing online or onsite training including EV and HV training.
