PSL - Disputes - Tier 1 Offshore Firm

We are working with a Tier 1 Offshore firm, who are looking for a PSL to support their BVI Disputes work. The candidate can be based in Jersey, Guernsey, London or work remotely. You would be part of a team of other PSLs spread around the global offices of the firm.

The firm are open to candidates with a PSL background as well as Fee-Earners looking to transition into a different role. A background in Litigation would be ideal with Insolvency / Trust Disputes background particularly desirable. It is not necessary to have had previous Offshore experience, but is looked upon favourably. The firm are open to full-time candidates as well as offering more flexible arrangements should the candidate prefer to be part-time.

Ideal Candidate :

• 3-6 years of experience (either PQE or KM experience).
• Prior experience in knowledge management or fee-earner looking to transition.
• Litigation background with Insolvency / Trust Disputes experience desirable.
• Based in Jersey, Guernsey or the UK
