Commercial Litigation Partner

Top Tier Legal 500 Practice

London, Birmingham & Regions

This is a newly created opportunity for a client focused and hands-on senior litigator seeking a well regarded Legal 500 practice. Notably, the firm is open to speaking with experienced lawyers seeking their first partner position.

In this varied role you will work across a variety of high-value and complex commercial litigation cases in the High Court, including :

Contract disputes
Corporate disputes
Insolvency
Insurance
Professional negligence
Procurement

Key Responsibilities :

Managing and delivering across a breadth of cases

Preparing for High Court trials, including upcoming week-long and multi-week trials

Delivering high-quality legal advice

Supporting and developing more junior team members

Candidate Requirements :

Excellent High Court litigation experience

An entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record developing / maintaining client relationships

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The ability to work both independently and as part of the wider partnership
