Commercial firm with offices in central Sheffield are looking to add to their property litigation team. To be suitable you will have experience in acting for retailers, corporate occupiers and developers with their property related disputes. You will cover areas such as dilapidations, rent arrears, business interruption, restrictive covenants and adverse possession claims. Candidates in the region of 2-6 will be preferred.
