Senior Designer - Maternity Cover (12 Month FTC)

About the Role :

Reporting to the Head of Design, this role is highly varied, emphasizing creativity and innovation. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of industry experience in a similar field.

The successful candidate will work on a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include rotation shifts with other designers in Studios and an adaptable approach to briefs. Responsibilities include providing design support for projects such as business development pitches, client presentations, and internal marketing communications, in both digital and print formats. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint is essential.

We value bravery in responding to briefs. The candidate should be capable of working within established brand guidelines and elevating design concepts to innovative levels, ensuring deadlines are met, managing workload, and handling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong time-management and communication skills are crucial.
