Business Development Manager – Asset Finance (SME Clients)

Up to £80,000 base + £15–20k bonus | Remote

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients across your region, building strong relationships to uncover and convert asset finance opportunities.
• Proactively identify new prospects via direct engagement, referrals, and your professional network to grow the client base.
• Write and structure a high volume of asset finance deals per year, tailoring funding solutions that directly support SME growth.
• Work collaboratively with internal coverage, risk, and credit teams to deliver seamless and effective client experiences.
