Key Responsibilities :

• Execute and oversee the preparation of dishes in yourassigned section, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and refinemenu items, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering tofood safety and sanitation standards.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring the smoothoperation of the culinary team.
