Chef de Partie – New Luxury Pan-Asian Restaurant Opening | Central London | £40,000 per annum

We're hiring an experienced Chef de Partie to work for one of London's most anticipated new openings - a high-end, rooftop Pan-Asian restaurant launching this September in Central London with breathtaking skyline views and a buzzing, upscale atmosphere :

• Modern Pan-Asian cuisine , spanning Japanese, Southeast Asian, and East Asian flavours , this restaurant will offer a dynamic fusion of sushi, robata, and open-fire cooking
• Salary of £40,000 per annum (inclusive of service charge)
• Top tier kitchen, brand-new equipment, and great chef team
• Team of 30 chefs and up to 200 covers per service
• Rota of 48 hours per week

As Chef de Partie you will have a good understanding of Pan Asian and Japanese cuisine, and you will have a strong background in fine dining restaurants, private members club, or 5-star hotels.
