Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger, overseeing expenses, supporting the administration of weekly payroll, and ensuring accurate and timely management reporting. What you'll get Immediate start available Excellent salary Company benefits What you'll do Manage the Purchase Ledger to include Expenses Weekly Payroll Weekly reporting Management of the purchase ledger Posting of overhead supplier invoices Checking of supplier statement Bank transactions and reconciliations Credit Card Statement, Expense Claims and Petty Cash Provide administrative support VAT returns, ECSL and Intrastat Provide assistance with pricing. Provide support for the annual audit Weekly management reports About you Experience in accounts and weekly payroll processing, Accounts Assistant or Accounting Technician Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Sage 50) and Excel.
