Salary :  £30,000 – £40,000 + Overtime + Training + Career Progression

Hours :  Monday to Friday, 08 : 00 – 17 : 00

The Role CBW Staffing Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a  Junior Maintenance Engineer  on behalf of a respected FM service provider. Based at a prestigious commercial site in Central London, you’ll support a skilled on-site engineering team delivering both  planned  and  reactive  maintenance.

Whether you’re electrically or mechanically inclined, you’ll gain hands-on experience with a variety of building systems and equipment while being mentored by senior engineers.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Assisting with  electrical  and  mechanical  building maintenance
• Routine checks :   emergency lighting ,  fire alarm tests ,  plant rooms
• Hands-on tasks :   lamp changes ,  filter replacements ,  basic plumbing
• Support with  BMS monitoring ,  motors ,  pumps , and  AHUs / FCUs
• Maintain site  logbooks  and work in a team environment
• Learn industry best practices and develop core technical skills
