Part-Time Sales Administrator

Near Telford

12 month FTC

Friday Sunday, 9.30 am 4 pm (20 hours)

Salary - £13 - £14 per hour

Prince are working with a well-respected regional company who are seeking a Sales Administrator to support its busy sales team over the weekends. They are looking for someone who is a confident communicator with strong administrative skills. You will be joining a friendly and professional team in a varied role where full training will be provided. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

You will be responsible for :

Accurate completion of paperwork for the sales team.
Liaise with solicitors and external stakeholders.
Maintain internal records and prepare reports.
Accompany customers during site visits.
Meet and greet visitors in the sales suite.

The candidate :

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a variety of clients.

Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Able to manage tasks efficiently and stay calm under pressure.

Proficient with general admin and IT systems.
