Responsibilities
Main Duties :
To provide support to the sales and business development team
The Role :
To assist the sales and business development managers
To identify possible leads for prospective customers
To generate price lists and quotations for customer orders
To process customer orders and purchase orders through the system
To monitor sales performance and competitor activity
To manage and organise distribution of product samples in line with client request and company policy
To update the system accordingly with purchase orders, shipments and deliveries
Candidate's Profile
Fluent in a second European language in addition to English
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role – Essential
Experience in the packaging industry – Beneficial
Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
IT literate and good Excel skills
